Youth Army Launch

OBJECTIVE

Boost needed to reposition their values to engage with their staff at all levels – and in particular reignite the passion for their brand amongst their young employees.

STRATEGY

We developed the Boost Youth Army, and took the key brand messages on the road via a unique and inspiring live rock show in the theme of high school musicals. The Boost Youth Army idea helped immediately galvanise a positive ‘sense of duty’ to the brand.

RESULTS

The Boost Youth Army was a massive hit, resulting in Sales and Franchise growth and a massive 51 Net Promoter Score.
